The municipality of Zoetermeer cleared by Council Decision to develop Residence Golf Arena, with Indoor Golf Arena® as an integral part, on the east side of Zoetermeer.
Residence Golf Arena Zoetermeer is a project in which the functions living and golfing are put together in an attractive urban park setting. Indoor Golf Solutions International (IGSI), a collaboration of Outstanding Enterprises Ltd and Zwarts & Jansma Architects (ZJA), developed this multifunctional concept. Residence Golf Arena is a project with international appeal.
Residence Zoetermeer Golf Arena is part of the area development ‘Het Kwadrant’. This development is part of the area around the Princess Máxima square that will be transformed in a sustainable way into a striking entrance for Zoetermeer. This area also will become a significant node in the urban fabric on the east side of town.
ZJA is, as a partner of IGSI, heavily involved in the development. IGSI is currently in touch with parties in Sweden, Canada, France, Russia, the Middle East and China to broaden the concept of Indoor Golf Arena® worldwide.
Indoor Golf Arena® is with over 10,000 m2 synthetic grass practice facilities, 28 hitting bays, a driving range and state-of-the-art golf simulators, indoor golf center, the largest in the world! The indoor center is also equipped with a 4 star boutique hotel, various restaurant, bar and lounge areas, wellness and extensive meeting and conferencing facilities.
