Design influenced by the surrounding landscape
Zwarts & Jansma has developed a design for a modern multifunctional commercial centre that consists of a shopping mall, office units, car park facilities, apartements, and more.
The design is based on the typical terraced rice fields of the South-East Asian Landscape.
