Residential Building, Amstelveen

The shops are situated on the ground floor, while the first floor contains large office spaces and shops. Luxurious apartments (150m2 to 220 m2) are planned on top of the building. These apartments are suitable for a combination of working and living. There is a large variety in apartments. Some have a sunny lounge on the south side of the building.

The façade on the north side (Stadsplein) consists of glass and polished, lightcoloured granite. The south elevation consists of dark-coloured brick and a dark skirting board of rough concrete.
