Indoor Golf Arena

Indoor Golf Arena's facilities will amongst others include 14.000 m2 training facilities on synthetic grass, 20 state-of-the-art golf simulators and a rooftop driving range with 34 bays.

The target public is varied: the business public will find comprehensive business facilities, lounge area and an excellent restaurant, where working, networking and relaxing can be combined. The broad public will enjoy wellness and golf fitness facilities as well as a mega-size golf equipment shop. They both can practice their golf on a wide variety of golf simulators, synthetic grass practice facilities, hitting bays and driving ranges.

Costs are estimated to amount to a high double-digit million euro sum, depending on local circumstances. With an expected 150.000 visitors per year, the indoor golf centre will be situated in the centre of the Netherlands, in close proximity to large urban areas. At this stage several locations are being considered and it is expected that towards the end of 2009 the definite location for Indoor Golf Arena will have been determined.

Several European investors as well as companies from Russia, the United Arab Emirates and the USA have signaled interest in the development of Indoor Golf Arena.
